Exams are almost over. The long summer is stretched out before you like a long lilo, on a pool in 30 degrees sunshine, sipping a sangria… OK, not quite but you get the picture! Perhaps you’ve already planned your summer; jam packed with adventures, or work, or volunteering or other worthwhile activites. Perhaps you can’t quite think beyond the end of your exams yet and you can only start to think of making a plan once you have got your head out of the books…
Either way, we want to help you to have an impact this summer. Would you like the opportunity to learn what it is like to work in a charity? Would you like to gain experience working in an organisation which fights injustice and helps refugees to find a place to call home?
Our Summer Internship in 2019 will focus on developing communications, marketing and research skills; helping the UK Church to better understand the refugee and asylum process in the UK and learn how they can respond.
We want to help you to learn how to:
- plan strategically
- write creatively
- research thoroughly
Based at home, you can fit this internship around the rest of your summer – you could even work form the side of the pool if you like!
Develop your skills for your future career by signing up to our Summer Internship in 2019.
