Welcoming refugees during Covid-19

By 24th March 2020 April 23rd, 2020 Updates

Many refugees and asylum seekers in the UK have small local networks and may be feeling more isolated and afraid during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are committed to equipping your church to continue to serve refugees and asylum seekers during this time.

Below are the resources we have designed specifically for use during the Covid-19 pandemic. Please use freely and share widely.

This page will be updated regularly with new material. If you have trouble accessing these resources please email info@welcomechurches.org.

Over the next few months, we are delivering free, online training sessions to equip your church as you serve refugees through the coronavirus pandemic. These sessions are available to all church members who are in contact with refugees and asylum seekers, helping you to think through some of the key issues facing us at this time.

Click here to sign up today. The Welcome Churches team will be in touch with the details of the call.

All our training will be conducted via Zoom video link.

Make sure we can learn from the impact of Covid19 to serve and welcome more refugees in the future.

Wednesday 22nd July: Rebuilding your team after lockdown
