Shipping, Delivery, Cancellations and Returns

General conditions

If you place an online order with us, we will send you a confirmation email, verifying our contract with you, and confirming the receipt of your order and your order details. 

  • We are unable to ship or sell to international addresses.

    Delivery fees are included in the purchase price.

    All items are dispatched within 5 working days of an order having been received. 

    Our products are sent by Royal Mail’s Standard service, via 2nd class delivery. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for arrival after dispatch. 

    Should your item not arrive within this time, please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you. 

    If the courier cannot deliver your order due to your address being unattended or inaccessible, or an insecure drop-off, or insufficient help being available, or the refusal of goods, you will be responsible for any return or redelivery fees.

    Please note that Royal Mail does not acknowledge enquiries for lost post until 10 working days after the due date, and so we cannot follow their procedure for undelivered parcels until this time has passed. Please email us if your parcel is missing.

  • Please email us if you would like to change or cancel your order. 

    If we have started fulfilling your order, it may not be possible to alter it. 

    If the unwanted item is already on its way to you, any costs incurred for you to return it to us will have to be borne by you. We will then write to you to let you know that the product has been received by us, and to notify you if the return has been accepted as being in a resellable condition. A full refund will then be issued to the bank account with which the order was placed, and should arrive within 14 working days.

  • A product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of receipt. 

    Should you need to return an item, please notify us by email before sending it. 

    We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item, and also contact you to let you know if your return has been approved or rejected by us. 

    The cost of postage will not be reimbursed in this instance, but a refund will be deposited into the same bank account with which the order was initially made within 14 days of us receiving the product back.

  • If the items you receive are damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence and proof of purchase as soon as possible. 

    A choice between a product exchange and a full refund will then be presented; any refund is inclusive of postage, so long as the lowest postage rate available has been opted for, and where proof of postage has been supplied.

  • The fulfilment of your online order is dependent on our levels of stock and our continuation of a product, and we may be unable to notify you at the time of your order of product availability. If we are unable to comply with your order, a refund will be issued.

    We may limit, or cancel and refund an order at our discretion, including where we suspect it has been made by a distributor or reseller. If this occurs, we will write to you.
